Innovative Cancer Care and Rehabilitation Pvt Ltd may collect the following data on our mobile application ICanCaRe-Tobacco Cessation App to enable users to access some of the features on the App. We do not share or sell these collected data with any third party.

• Name - ICanCaRe-Tobacco Cessation App collects name for App functionality and account management
• Email - ICanCaRe-Tobacco Cessation App collects email of the user for App functionality and account management. This is an Optional information.
• Phone number - ICanCaRe-Tobacco Cessation App collects phone number of the user to manage app functionality and account on the app. The phone number is used for OTP verified login and managing the account. The phone number is accessible to the user within the app in the profile section of the user.
• Other info - Other information like gender, date of birth, education qualification, work profile and others are optional and user can manage its details on the app.
• Health info - Various health info may be collected on the app to deliver the health screening services when opted by the user.
• Fitness info - Various fitness info may be collected on the app to deliver the tobacco deaddiction services when opted by the user.
• Photos - The user can choose to store oral images on the app for screening and maintenance of oral health history and to track the progress made during the quit journey. This is an optional feature which the user can utilize at its own discretion and will.

All the user specific data are transmitted on a secured HTTPS network and are stored on our cloud database with required security measures.

We do not collect any of the above information automatically and are collected only by a user input.

In case you wish to request for deletion of your data from our database you can do so by placing a request at Delete Account Page. We retain your details for a period of 1 month post which your data is permanently deleted from our database. You can request to revoke the deletion with this time frame and your data shall be restored after verification.
