ICanCaRe Brand Centers

ICanCaRe Brand Centers are ICanCaRe collaboration centers that must follow all the protocols and guidelines as standardised by ICanCaRe for delivering cessation services to ensure high success rate and complete satisfaction of its clients.

ICanCaRe Brand Centers have to subscribe to Annual Subscription Plan of ICanCaRe with minimum one year of validity. The subscription plan must be renewed upon expiry to continue as an ICanCaRe Brand Center.

Requirements to be fulfilled by Brand Center

Subscription of ICanCaRe App Annual Plan
Center setup with infrastructure and equipment
Display of ICanCaRe Boards and Posters
Display of ICanCaRe IEC Materials
ICanCaRe Trained Cessation Specialist (CTCS) with certification from GU
All hygiene standards to be maintained as per government guidelines
Statutory compliance

Eligibility Criteria

An individual with an Annual Subscription of ICanCaRe Cessation App and required infrastructure fulfiling all the requirements

Scope of ICanCaRe Activities

Provide training on ICanCaRe App Usage for Cessation Services
Fresh / refresher sessions for cessation experts with role plays
Provide ICanCaRe App Maintenance
Ensure Data Security
App Upgradation and feature enablement with refresher training on App
ICanCaRe Branding of Center with ICanCaRe designs
Provide Initiation Kit of IEC Materials to Brand Center
Digital Promotion in ICanCaRe Network, website, social media channels and other digital platforms
Sharing of success stories of the center patients on ICanCaRe platform
Patient referral by ICanCaRe from Quitline and other sources
Organize Health camps in the nearby community through the brand center
Complete quit coach assistance with follow ups and relapse monitoring
Free use of ICanCaRe quitline
Quarterly Monitoring and Evaluation of Center for quality control
Provide Welcome Kit to patients

Health Assessment

Physical health assessment including eye, dental, ear, oral, neck, anthropometric measurements

Medical Investigation

Laboratory investigations that may be required for a severe addict to access complications

Expert Counselling

Behavioural counselling from a certified counsellor

Treatment Devices

Medication, nutition and treatment devices available at low cost

Doctor Consultation

Pharmacotherapy treatment from a registered medical practioner, consultation for further investigations

Mobile Application

Technology support for record maintenance, knowledge base and consistent engagement

Scope of Brand Center Activities

This is a revenue sharing model scheme with monthly reconcilliation. Brand Center scope of involvement is limited to:

Register new patients on ICanCaRe App
Use of ICanCaRe Payment Gateway for all booking of Quit Packages
Health Screening of patients and subsequent data entry on ICanCaRe App
Counselling Sessions of registered patients and data entry on ICanCaRe App. ICanCaRe protocol of Tobacco Cessation to be followed.
Prescribe ICanCaRe recommended medication, nutrition and treatment devices
Supply medication nutrition & treatment devices to patients through ICanCaRe
Recommend ICanCaRe recommended motivational materials and IEC materials
Supply ICanCaRe recommend motivational materials and IEC materials to patients not necessarily through ICanCaRe
Ensure internet connectivity & electricity at all times in the center
