TOBACCO MARSHAL training is a capacity building program at the grassroot level. The popular course is part of SAVE the Youth campaign to #knowtoabcco to empower the person with knowledge to be able to influence people to create public outrage against tobacco.. The emphasize is on the communication skill, to recognize and influence tobacco users. Equipping with the ICanCaRe Cessation APP with an overview of the successful tobacco cessation process. Any social person as a personal social responsibility is welcome to take the course and be the MARSHAL in society to control the tobacco menace.
