Steps to delete the account:
- Step 1: Click on this link and fill the enquiry form
- Step 2: Provide your email and phone number with the reason for deleting the account
- Step 3: A representative shall connect with you to verify your request.
- Step 4: The account and its related data shall be deleted and data shall be removed completely cleaned in 30 days. The user can request to undelete the data within this time period.
- Step 5: All the personal details data namely name, email, phone number, other info, health info, photos and any such information related to the user shall be deleted permanently after a specified time period of 30 days from the day of deletion request for verified users.
