Oral Cancer E-Conclave is a purely academic conference focussed on capacity building for Oral Cancer Care. We welcome original research, clinical, review to be presented in the conference online or as free paper presentation or poster presentation online. ICanCaRe invites participants to submit paper for 3rd International Oral Cancer E-conclave

Theme: Oral Cancer: Do it But Do It Right

There are 3 categories for the paper submission:

1. Original Research
2. Clinical
3. Review

Paper for each category has to be submitted under the following 3 groups

• Group 1: Medical
• Group 2: Dental
• Group 3: Others

Process and Timeline

• Participants can submit only 1 paper
• 20th April 2023: Last date of submissions and corrections
• 22nd April 2023: There will be presentation of Top 5 people in each category between 6.30PM - 8.30PM
• Presentation time will be 5 mins + 2 mins QA
• 30th April 2023: Declaration of Results
• Decision of the judges will be final and abiding.

Participants need to submit the full paper with their abstract as per the guidelines given below:

Abstract Submission Guidelines

• Your abstract should be structured and should adhere to the following format-
  • Title: The title of the abstract should not be more than 18 words and should include significant words that reflect the content of the abstract but not refer to the study results or conclusions
  • Aims and objectives: a brief statement describing purpose/rationale behind the abstract
  • Materials & Methods: A brief description of pertinent methodological procedures
  • Results: A summary of the results of the research
  • Conclusions: A statement of the main conclusions
  • Key words- maximum of 5
• The word limit for all submitted abstracts is set at 250. This limit includes characters entered in the title, keywords and abstract body.
• The maximum number of authors allowed per abstract is not limited 6. The names of all listed authors will be published in the order provided during submission.
  • The authors should be numbered as per their contributions
  • Each author must provide their brief credentials. These details are not included into the word count for abstract.
• Authors must select the appropriate abstract submission category. However, the ICanCaRe Scientific Committee reserves the right to re-categorize abstracts without further recourse to the authors.

Paper Submission Guidelines

• All papers must be submitted through the official conference website
• It is mandatory to register for the conference before submission of the paper.
• Your paper should be structured and should adhere to the following format-
  • Running Title: The title of the paper should not be more than 18 words
  • Short Title: Significant words that describe the work of the authors
  • Aims and objectives: describing purpose/rationale behind the paper
  • Materials & Methods: description of pertinent methodological procedures
  • Results: results of the research
  • Conclusions: A statement of the main conclusions
  • Proper citations and references (Vancouver)
  • The plagiarism check should be uploaded during the submission and should be less than 20%. Visit [link] to check and download your plagiarism certificate.. https://plagiarism-detector.com/ or any other plagiarism checker of your choice
• Illustrations, tables and graphs are permitted.
• The maximum number of authors allowed per paper is not limited. The names of all listed authors will be published in the order provided during submission.
  • The authors should be numbered as per their contributions
  • Each author must provide their brief credentials.
  • Each author must submit their passport size photograph
  • Each author must submit their signature for supporting the data in their paper, their respective contributions to the paper and the methodology adopted.
• Submission or changes may be requested online no later than 20th April 2023.
• Authors must select the appropriate paper submission category. However, the ICanCaRe Scientific Committee reserves the right to re-categorize abstracts without further recourse to the authors.
• This paper should be an original work of the author and should not have been published in other journals.
• The authors should give permission to ICanCaRe to publish the abstract and papers as part of the conference compendium with their respective pictures and signatures.
• All participant will be given e-certificates
• Certificate of Participation to all and opportunity for 100% scholarship to the OCTC Certification
• Top 3 winners will get scholarships for the CTCS Certification
